Information collected

The free tools do not ask for personal information. Server logs contain IP addresses, requested pages, timestamps, and related request details. Emails to us are handled by our email provider and contain your email address and message.

Paddle uses your IP address to display localized prices. As merchant of record and a separate data controller, it handles checkout and sends us the email address, order details, and payment status needed to provide your purchase. See Paddle’s Privacy Notice.

Why it is used

We use logs to secure and maintain the site, messages to reply to you, and purchase information to provide and support purchases. Our legal bases are our legitimate interests in operating and supporting the site and, for required records, our legal obligations. Paddle requires payment and contact details to complete a purchase.

Services and storage

DigitalOcean hosts the site, files, and purchase records in Germany and processes connection data for us.

The site uses essential session cookies and stores displayed prices and timestamps in your browser. A cached price is used for up to one hour.

Server logs are not deleted on a regular schedule and may be retained indefinitely. Support messages are kept as needed for correspondence and follow-up. Purchase records are kept while needed to provide access and support and to meet legal obligations.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask us for access to your information, to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to its use, or to provide it in a portable format.
